Below Pop Up window Script to another page sees to be the best of what I have tried so far. Able to control size of page and left side position. Only problem is (so far) the link button.
If I can find a way to use letterpress for the activation link, great.
Only issue is you can only use 1 pop up per web page as any additional all go to th first pop link
You can control the size of the window, but, unlike the best, it is no a true pop window and needs the a special pop page
